A Company That Depends on Its Founder Is Not an Asset
In 2007 he wound down his practice and never looked back. Two decades of company building followed, with more than $400 million in sales and multiple exits, and one hard lesson that became his life's work: a company that depends on its founder is not an asset, it is a job.
The way out is to develop leaders who develop other leaders. Today that idea runs through everything he leads: SiteTrust, the accountability standard for responsible AI he founded in 2025; Appreciation at Work, where he became Owner and Chairman in 2026; and Committed Mastermind, where he has been a partner since 2025.
Vinnie has been married to his wife Debbi for more than 29 years. They have four children, faith anchors it all, and his 360 Life framework, Faith, Family, Fitness, Finance, and Fun, holds him and the leaders he mentors to a standard bigger than business results.

Fully Accountable gave digital business owners daily, actionable financial feedback instead of quarterly hindsight. That same year, Vinnie wrote The Best Investment: A Better You and opened A Better You Publishing.
